A regular Maintenance Wash keeps salt from sitting on the paint long enough to dull it, and a hydrophobic sealant layer makes it far easier to rinse off between visits. At the moment, yes — we connect to your water and power to keep the service efficient. An indoor tap works fine, so there's no need for an outdoor tap specifically. We're also developing a waterless eco package for the future that won't need a water supply at all.

We collect your name, phone number, vehicle details, postcode, and preferred service/date when you send a booking or quote request. This is used only to arrange and deliver your booking and respond to your enquiry — it's never sold or shared with third parties, and never used for marketing without your separate consent. Requests are sent via WhatsApp, so WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply to that part of the conversation. We keep your details only as long as needed to complete the job and for basic business/tax records. Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete the data we hold on you at any time — just message us. The site itself doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.
A booking is confirmed once we reply with a time slot — an enquiry alone isn't a confirmed booking. Please ensure the vehicle is accessible, with reasonable parking, at the agreed location and time. In unsafe weather we may reschedule at no charge, with as much notice as possible. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice — late cancellations or no-shows may incur a callout charge. Payment is due on completion unless a deposit was agreed in advance for larger jobs. Pre-existing chips, scratches or worn paint may become more visible once cleaned or polished — we'll point out anything we notice before starting where possible. Please remove valuables and secure pets before the appointment. We carry public liability insurance; our liability is limited to the value of the service unless the issue was caused by our negligence. Any concerns should be raised within 48 hours of the service so we can put things right.
